This time, our sophisticated Speakers revealed some points of the Term Sheet:

1. What are the typical term sheet mistakes that founders make?

2. Take it or leave it is a negotiation approach, but most things in life are up for discussions. What specific areas of term sheet are negotiable, and what is your advice for founders: what to focus on, what to watch out for?

3. You always hear "well, these are the typical terms", "o, but these are standard" - how standard are participating preferred liquidation preference, Super pro rata rights, full-ratchet anti-dilution protection, etc?

The second part of the Battle was dedicated to the Pitch Competition.

Ten pre-selected Startups were presented to the wide audience of the venture community.

During the Pitch Competition, Judges marked each startup.
